Jurgen Braehmer has been forced to pull out of his world boxing super series showdown with Callum Smith due to a severe infection according to various reports coming out of Germany and other media outlets.
Callum Smith will now face a late replacement, Telegraph reporter Gareth A Davies believes that will be 13-0 fighter Nieky Holzken who was due to face Dmitrii Chudinov on the Smith Vs Braehmer undercard this weekend.

It is a blow for Callum Smith who has been preparing for Braehmer for weeks in camp and will now have to adjust to a late replacement to ensure his passage to the world boxing super series final, where he will face George Groves providing Groves recovers from a shoulder injury in time.
