Kell Brook arrived at the 154 lb super welterweight division with a bang as he destroyed Belarusian Sergey Rabchenko inside two rounds at the Sheffield Arena, Sheffield this Saturday night.

Brook started well winning the first round, in the second he started to land a variation of punches, uppercuts, and hooks which finally dropped Rabchenko who looked wobbly on his feet and hurt as he tried to rise to the count of ten, causing the referee to wave the contest off.

Whilst it was difficult to gauge how Brook will fair against the elite fighters in the division on this performance, it was a good start to his career at 154 lbs against a solid opponent who had only previously been stopped once and had held the European title at super welterweight.

Brook now moves forward as he looks to become a two-weight world champion and put back to back losses against Gennady Golovkin and Errol Spence Jr well and truly behind him.
